Come early, stay late, and explore all the resort has to offer. We will be arriving Wednesday, January 17th. We want you to see this weekend as a vacation and do whatever you want. However, the official wedding festivities kick off on Thursday, 1/18/24 and end Saturday 1/20/24. This page will continue to be updated as we know more.
All wedding events will take place at Hotel Xcaret Mexico.

REHEARSAL DINNER – 6:00pm - Invite Only
WELCOME PARTY - 8:00 - 10:00 PM - Hosted with love by Dee & Larry Dick
WHAT: Welcome party with an open bar and sweet treats. Meet us after dinner to mix and mingle and kick off the celebration!
WHERE: Playon Viento - Meet at the lobby bar at 7:30 to be escorted to the location.
ATTIRE: Tropical Resort Chic. Attire is tropical resort chic with a Mexican flair.
For men: Dress slacks or nice jeans. Button down shirt or collared golf shirt.
For women: Dress, skirts or dressy pant outfit.

CEREMONY – 5:00pm - Caleta Fuego
Meet at the Lobby bar at 4:30 to be escorted to the ceremony site. Ceremony starts at 5 PM.
WHAT: The day Mandy + Aaron become officially husband and wife! We are thrilled that all of you will be our witnesses and can celebrate the day with us!
WHERE: Caleta Fuego
ATTIRE: Beach Formal
For men: Suit - with or without a tie.
For women: Cocktail dress (long or short). Don’t be afraid of color! Considering that the wedding will take place on both sandy and stony terrain, we recommend opting for footwear that includes a wedge or block heel.

POOL PARTY - 12:00PM - Main Pool - Let's Nurse Hangovers and Reminisce!
Join us at the main pool the day after the wedding for a pool party. It's the perfect opportunity to recover from any lingering hangovers and relive the unforgettable moments from the wedding celebration.
